W.A.S.P.

Workshop Accounts Software Program® (W.A.S.P.) has been designed for any Automotive or Engine Reconditioning Business, large or small that requires the ability monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and is able to produce job cards quickly. W.A.S.P. has a fully integrated Accounts package which covers both Cash and Accrual GST reporting.

W.A.S.P. has been built by people "In the Trade for the Trade" and has been designed to be User friendly and quick to operate.

The program will operate on any Windows® operating system from Windows® XP onwards. We recommend a minimum screen size of 19” running 1024 x 768 pixels for best results.

  • Full Stock/Inventory facility including movement’s history, six price codes, min markup protection, mass updates on prices plus much more.
    (Also available is optional Imaging Module to attach Photos, Specifications, etc to the Stock Item record).
  • Import and update facility for Supplier Parts and Pricing (Optional module).
  • Track and record all Workshop Equipment for Calibration and/or Service.
    (Use the optional Imaging Module to store original Test Certificates with the Equipment record)
  • Automatic Service or Calibration Due report is generated when the program is started identifying any items that are due and/or past due, for Calibration or Service. The report dates are User defined.
  • Employee list and information file.
  • Multiple payments or deposits can be made against an Invoice.
  • Debtors and Creditors control with full reporting including Aged Creditors, Aged Debtors and Customer Statements.
  • Profit and Loss and Financial Status reports.
  • GST BAS report for both Accrual and Cash methods.
  • Multiple Bank reconciliation and deposit facility.
